Why garage floors need more than paint
Garage slabs take hot tyres, oil drips, dragged bins and grit tracked in from the driveway. Garage floor paints sit on the surface and often lift where tyres heat and flex them.
An epoxy system is applied to a mechanically prepared slab, building a bonded layer that is far better suited to vehicles and regular cleaning.

Is flake or solid colour better for a garage?
Flake disguises everyday dust and small marks; solid colour gives a simpler look but makes debris easier to see. Grip and cleaning depend on the specified topcoat and texture, not colour alone.
Can my garage be coated in one visit?
The number of visits depends on slab repairs, the coating system and cure conditions. We confirm the schedule and vehicle return guidance after assessing your floor.
Can epoxy go over an old painted garage floor?
Only if the existing layer is sound and compatible with the proposed system. Loose paint, sealer or unknown coatings may need removal before the concrete can be prepared.
What if the garage gets wet near the door?
Tell us where water enters and whether the slab has a fall or drain. We can discuss topcoat texture and edge details, but a coating will not fix a drainage problem.
